“Development of the company EDDI COMPLEX D.DUDYS SP\u00d3\u0141KA KOMANDYTOWA in the area of digitalization and Industry 4.0 through investment in modern fixed assets”.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

We are implementing the project to strengthen the capacity and introduce innovative solutions in the company through the digital transformation of the company towards Industry 4.0, in terms of the services offered, the processes used and the business models adopted, as well as measures to raise the level of cyber security.<\/p>\n

Implementing digital solutions focused on automation and accelerating production will optimize processes within the company to the greatest extent possible, which will translate into a change in management structure and an increase in the company’s competitiveness in the market.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the implemented solutions, it will be possible to increase the autonomy of the decision-making process in the areas of production planning and scheduling, which will consequently translate into an increase in production efficiency and the possibility of greater personalization of the sales offer.<\/p>\n

As part of the project, tasks including the following activities were carried out:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Purchase of fixed assets: Automatic line for processing of wood pressed outflows<\/li>\n
  2. Purchase of civil works: related to the installation of an automatic line for treating wood pressing effluent.<\/li>\n
  3. Purchase of consulting services for the development of the Digital Transformation Plan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The effects of the project will be used by employees, owners of the company, as well as companies professionally engaged in the distribution of all kinds of packaging, which is the target group.<\/p>\n

    As a result of the project, it will be possible to implement a process innovation in terms of services\/products provided (automation of manufacturing processes) through the use of modern digital solutions and modernization of the company’s machinery park, as well as the introduction of a product innovation in the form of smooth-surface pallet boxes for the food industry.<\/p>\n

    Value of the project: PLN 3,666,774.00<\/p>\n

    Amount of contribution from European Funds: PLN 1,853,062.40<\/p>\n\n
